ABA Panel Will Address Ethical Issues In Consumer Financial Services Litigation

The FDCPA and Bankruptcy Subcommittee of the Consumer Financial Services Committee, Business Law Section of the ABA, will host a panel to discuss ethics in consumer financial services litigation at the ABA's Annual Meeting on August 9, 2010 in San Francisco, California. Tomio Narita is co-chair of the subcomittee.
