Dominic Luca focuses his practice on complex litigation, including consumer financial services defense litigation brought under a wide variety of federal and state laws in courts and arbitration tribunals in California and throughout the United States. Mr. Luca represents clients in matters arising under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, the Fair Credit Reporting Act, the Rosenthal Act, the California Unfair Competition Act, as well as related federal and state law causes of action. Before joining the firm, Mr. Luca worked as a litigator and trial attorney in San Jose, California.
Mr. Luca is a 2017 graduate of Chapman University, where he graduated from the Argyros School of Business with a B.S. in Business Administration. He was also a four-year NCAA football player at Chapman University. Mr. Luca earned his J.D., summa cum laude, in 2020 from Western State College of Law where he graduated as Salutatorian. Mr. Luca is a member of the Bar of the State of California and is admitted to practice before all District Courts of California.
