Simmonds & Narita To Present On FDCPA class actions at CAI Law Seminar In Las Vegas, Nevada
On January 20, 2017, Tomio Narita will a co-presenter at the Community Association Institute’s 2017 Law Seminar in Las Vegas, Nevada, where his panel entitled “A Primer On FDCPA Class Actions And How To Avoid Them” will discuss the anatomy of an FDCPA class action, defense strategies and recent trends in class action suits filed against attorneys who collect on behalf of homeowner associations.
