Tomio Narita will be panelist on May 12, 2016 at the 2016 Collections And Recovery Solutions Conference in Las Vegas, Nevada. His panel, entitled “Collection and Consent Order Compliance – Tips on Navigating the Rules Imposed by Recent Consent Orders” will discuss how the CFPB’s recent consent orders with major creditors, debt buyer and collection law firms have effectively imposed a set of collection rules relating to data integrity, debt substantiation, dispute handling, affidavit processes and “meaningful involvement” of attorneys.
